Portside on Main will consist of over 33,000 square feet of retail, office and entertainment space, in addition to approximately 26,000 square feet of green and open space which will include an outdoor stage. The first level will feature retail space, and the second level will be fully improved Class A office suites ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. The expansion will house 24 to 27 additional tenants on The Wharf property. This expansion has been in development stages for the last two years and is planned to be completed by summer 2024.
