Reach Your Goals for 2019 at The Wharf

It’s the beginning of a new year, and it’s time to start your new resolutions! There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness and nutrition, and what works for one person may not work for another. 2019 is going to be filled with great new adventures and achievable goals. That’s why we have partnered up with Moxie to give some motivational advice and commitments from some of their members.

What are your 2019 fitness goals?
My primary fitness goals for 2019 are to improve endurance and to master a full range pistol squat. In order to reset my body after the holidays, I’m going to commit to 5-6 Moxie workouts per week. I plan to continue my once a week personal training workout with the focus being on increasing muscle mass in my legs and improving core strength. I will need both to complete a pistol squat.

What are your 2019 fitness goals?
For the upcoming year, my goal is to stay motivated and continue to get leaner and stronger. I plan to continue personal training weekly at Moxie along with a variety of classes. I feel that by doing this, I can accomplish my goal both physically and mentally!

My fitness goal for 2019 is to be more consistent with my workouts. The last few months I’ve challenged myself to do so, and I’m finally starting to see the results of my hard work. I hope to continue to get stronger and leaner while worrying less about the scales in 2019!
